Traceability

The journey of every strand

AUTHENTIC ORIGIN

Our premium human hair is collected from temple donations and local communities in India, with a strategic focus on regions such as Shani Shingnapur and the surrounding areas of Maharashtra. These locations are well-known for their long-standing hair donation traditions and naturally strong, healthy hair quality. To guarantee a consistent and traceable supply chain, all hair is sourced through established local collection partners who specialize in ethical sourcing and meticulous sorting.

VERIFIED DATA

Our commitment to transparency is anchored in a comprehensive verification system. We provide a Full Compliance Pack for every batch, incorporating official hair donation certificates from Indian sources alongside formal supplier commitments. Every step of our operation is governed by a strict Supplier Code of Conduct, ensuring that all documentation is not only accurate but also meets the highest international standards for ethical and legal accountability.

HUMANE SOURCING

We ensure the integrity of our supply chain by collecting hair through two primary, ethical channels: Temple Donations and Community Collection. By engaging directly with these sources, we maintain a transparent process that honors the origins of every strand. This dual-channel approach allows us to secure premium hair while strictly adhering to ethical standards, ensuring that our sourcing methods remain respectful, voluntary, and beneficial to the local communities involved.

ELITE PROCESSING

Our processing framework is designed to preserve quality through careful handling at every stage. Each batch is first sorted manually by length, texture, and overall quality to ensure greater consistency before entering refinement. The selected hair is then carefully cleaned and bundled at local collection centers, where it is prepared under controlled conditions for the next phase of the supply chain. From there, it is transported to dedicated processing facilities for further refinement and technical preparation. Before moving into production, every batch undergoes a final quality control review to confirm readiness, consistency, and overall product integrity.

CONSENT & FAIRNESS

Our ethical framework is built upon the principles of autonomy and equity. All temple donations are fully voluntary, honoring the spiritual intentions of the donors. Furthermore, our community sourcing is strictly based on informed and compensated participation, ensuring that every individual is treated with respect and receives fair value for their contribution. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards exploitation, guaranteeing that no forced collection or unethical practices are ever involved in our supply chain.

SOCIAL INTEGRITY

We uphold a culture of accountability by strictly requiring all suppliers and partners to adhere to rigorous operational standards. This includes full compliance with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring that every person within our supply chain is protected. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding minimum working age requirements to prevent child labor, while mandating fair and safe working conditions across all facilities. For us, integrity is not an option; it is the foundation of our long-term partnership with global businesses.

Transparency

Clarity beyond the product

BIO-SAFE STANDARDS

Our PU, Lace, and Silicone components are rigorously tested and certified to be free from Phthalates and Heavy Metals. By eliminating toxic additives, we ensure that our products are non-reactive and skin-safe, providing your clients with a high-end experience that prioritizes long-term health and comfort.

Technique

The art of responsible processing

SYSTEMATIC MANUFACTURING

Our manufacturing process follows a structured workflow designed to support consistency, quality, and product integrity at every stage.
Step 1: Raw material selection and inspection
Step 2: Sorting
Step 3: Hair clean processing
Step 4: Base/Cap preparation
Step 5: Prepare the knotting specifications
Step 6: Ventilating, knotting inspection
Step 7: Washing, styling, and shaping
Step 8: Quality control
Step 9: Final packing

REGULATED PROCESSING

Our processing methods are carried out in controlled stages to support hair quality, color consistency, and overall product performance. Bleaching is mainly used for lighter shades and is carefully managed to help avoid over-processing. Dyeing then creates the intended final color, either after bleaching or directly for darker shades. Toning and color balancing refine the result by reducing unwanted warmth or unevenness. Conditioning and finishing improve softness, manageability, and smoothness, while any coating is kept minimal and functional to support performance without creating an unnatural effect.

MASTERFUL CRAFTSMANSHIP

Natural-looking results are achieved through careful craftsmanship and precise construction techniques. Handcrafted knotting methods, including single-knot techniques, are combined with customized hairline shaping to create a softer and more realistic appearance. These details are further supported by breathable, ultra-thin base materials such as lace, silk, and monofilament, helping deliver a more natural feel, better comfort, and improved wearability.

GREEN FACTORY

A responsible production environment is essential to sustainable manufacturing. Our factory practices include controlled wastewater handling, proper chemical storage and treatment in accordance with safety procedures, and the sorting of hair waste for recycling where possible. These measures help reduce environmental impact while supporting cleaner, safer, and more organized production operations.

How to wash your wig?

HOW TO WASH YOUR WIG

1. Detangle the wig before washing with a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends and working up to the roots.
2. Flip the wig cap outward and clip both ear tabs to prevent water and shampoo from soaking into the lace base.
3. Rinse the wig with cool or lukewarm water – avoid too hot water.
4. Pump about 2 times (more for thick/long wigs) into your hands, lather, or dilute with water before applying.
5. Apply gently from roots to ends in one direction. Avoid twisting, rubbing, or scrubbing.
6. Rinse thoroughly with water until no foam remains.
Important notes:
● Do not wash too often – only every 8–10 wears to prevent dryness and loss of shine.
● Always rinse downward to prevent tangling.

HOW TO CONDITION YOUR WIG

1. After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from the wig.
2. Pump about 2 times into your hands and rub together.
3. Apply to the mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the lace base.
